Spinach, tomato and egg tortellini filled with ricotta cheeses
skewered and warmed, served with feta dipping sauce

Baked wonton shells filled with a creamy custard

and diced sweet potatoes blended with scallions

and curry and dotted with colorful peppers 

 

Spinach, Ricotta and Feta Filo Triangles
A savory combination of ricotta, feta

and parmesan cheeses blended and spiced with

fresh spinach rolled artfully into

perfect triangles, baked to golden and serve warm
